  • H and I are both working on Easter. But if we where not we would celebrate

  • Eh, lately it hasn't been that celebrated in our family. H will be out of town this year and my family will be cleaning out grannies house this weekend so we don't plan on doing much. I suggested going for Chinese

  • My family gets together for dinner and sometimes H & I join them. H's parents are usually away as it seems their timeshare usually overlaps with Easter.

This year I'm headed to Boston as my brother and a few others I know are running the marathon on Monday. Not sure if H will be joining me or not.

  • Yes! We're going to church for the first time since having Leo. We already celebrated with DH's family, and my family came to visit us last weekend, so I think it'll be just us!
I'm so excited to have a holiday by ourselves.
We might go to brunch after, or even just a picnic in our backyard and go for a walk. Can't wait to get my baby in his little Easter outfit :)
  • We celebrate with my moms extended family the weekend after so next weekend. It's our annual family reunion and we do a big egg hunt for all the kids.

Actual Easter weekend/Day we usually just do lunch at the IL's.
  • I guess it's 'celebrated' for us though, it's really just a day to see family. We don't do church or anything, so really we just use it as a reason to get family together. Even then, I'd be fine if we stayed home and did nothing too.

  • We're finally going to get to church for the first time since moving here. After church, we'll go over to H's aunt's house for lunch/dinner.

We do. We usually get together with my parents, brother, aunt, and uncle for lunch and then we go see H's family afterwards (his grandmother usually hosts something)
