    Getting my parents to come visit is like pulling teeth. Something always happens last minute and they cancel, or come but only for a couple of hours instead of overnight or a full day. It's always rushed. They were so excited that we were moving closer and we could see them more often. Yet we seem to see them less often. I don't know what their problem is, but I am done trying. I am done getting my hopes up only to be let down at the last minute. I hate that my parents are the ones that put me in this position. Love unconditional and all that. I am obviously the least favoured daughter. Especially since I could hear both sisters in the background as my mom called to cancel their overnight tonight.

    So that's my confession. I am done trying.

    Today is the worst. I'm seriously considering getting in my car, parking it on a street somewhere, and crying for the next 30 min until my last class of the day starts.

    I confess that I'm wearing 4" heeled booties and old biddies on the street keep giving me this Look, like a pregnant woman shouldn't be wearing heels or something.

    Yes, according to my MIL, I was not allowed to wear heals while I was pregnant.
