As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Keeping up with the kids all weekend was my work out... I will be recovering all week, but I do plan on going to yoga Friday.

  • I went to Jazzercise twice last week but that's it. It's been a bad week and this week will be even worse because I'm busy getting ready for the consignment sale - and my 5k is on Sunday! eeek!

  • DH started a new job and is now gone from like 4am-6:30pm so he is dead when he gets home. I can bring M down there with me, but he talks my ear off and wants to go back upstairs after like 15 minutes. I'm trying to get down there during his nap but I usually have other things to do, like shower and use the bathroom in peace. Looks like I will be doing late night workouts soon.

  • I'm back in it! I went to yoga on friday night and zumba on saturday morning. last night I made it to RIPPED although i'm certainly not sweating the way I used to!

    I've also been trying to get out and walk with the dogs, but if Ben isn't around he isn't to keen on me doing that.  I promised him if I went into labor i'd be able to get back to the house, but he's kind of insistant on this.

  • I've been doing a 30 day challenge with my cousin of squats/bridges/lunges. I've kind of noticed that my jeans are fitting differently, but I've also been sick since the beginning of April so that could have something to do with it.

    I need to get back into walking/running/keeping up with my Nike Training Club workouts.
