Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.   • I'm in too!  Still doing the T25 program and loving it.  I highly recommend it!  I love that it's only 25 minutes long, so it's easy to fit into my schedule.

    I want to try out this lasagna recipe sometime this week.  Hopefully it's good! zucchini-lasagna

    My no strenuous activity week is over!  Just went for a 15 minute walk will do another one on my second 15 later.

    Hopng to do an arm workout tonight.  It's so hard because I feel like crap from noon-seven every. day. 

  • I'm in too. DH is on board. He can't wait to get back to lifting. We actually signed up for a new gym and we are excited about it but it doesn't open until June. Until then we are at our old gym.

  • I'm in. Last day of spring break and no daycare, since the weather is nice I'm going to strap the baby in the jogging stroller and head outside:) no excuses!

  • I decided last night that I'm back on the dieting and exercising wagon! I updated my My Fitness Pal account last night, I've been logging my food all day, and I got H to go for a walk with me last night! Tonight I'm planning on going for another walk, although it'll have to be alone since he's working until dark, and then tomorrow I'm planning on going to cardio dance. I HAVE TO START GOING BACK TO DANCE!!! haha. Please, help me be accountable!! :D I also made a calendar to hang up where every day I work out or meet my calorie goal, I can mark it off. I need to come up with a reward (that isn't food related) for if I meet a certain expectation each week.

  • Back in the game now that I'm back from a vacation that involved entirely too much booze and junk food. Yesterday I went for a 1.5 mile walk/jog at the local college's track because it was super nice out, followed by lifting at the gym. I'm hoping the rain holds off so I can get another walk in before it gets cold again. Cardio outside is SO much more fun than staring at the wall on the treadmill and feeling like a hamster on a wheel.

    And after a recent conversation with H, I am HOPING I've finally convinced him to start going to the gym as well. Here's hoping his motivation holds.

  • Hunter and I walked before work this morning. I think pm tstorms will prevent our after work walk though.

  • Still keeping moving here.  I've also started, every time I get up to go to the bathroom at work, to walk the perimeter of the building.  5 x a day should be about 1,000 steps, or about 100 extra calories.  It's not a ton but little things add up (I hope!)

  • Went to cardio dance today for the first time in 4 or 5 months!! It kicked my butt, but I did the whole class and I was super sticky at the end!! I'm on my way to losing weight!

  • Hunter and I walked every morning this week! I also went to prenatal yoga tonight. Or as my cws call it - baby yoga. I hope it helps me sleep tonight.
