  I try to plant something on Earth Day if the weather cooperates around here.  We have freezing rain in the forecast so I'll do it next week.

  We are always conscious of what we are doing with the environment. We're not perfect but we recycle, compost, and use reusable bags always. Also, we don't use water bottles. We only buy them for parties for convenience.

  Everyday is Earth Day for us! haha  We try to live mindfully of the planet year round and will be planting a dozen or so new trees (that H grew from seed!) next month once there is no chance of the ground freezing again.

  We recycle but other than that, we don't do anything special.  I used to work in a school that planted a tree in the yard every year on Earth day.  My school now doesn't acknowledge anything.
