It was a sign!!!
In one of my rants last week I talked about how we were going back and forth with a couple that had their house priced way too high and then the day we have them our highest and final, which they rejected, a MLS posting popped up right by the original house we loved that was pretty much the same price this other couple was stuck at, but almost 1000 SF larger!
Well, the update is that we went and saw it and it was amazing!!!! Too amazing! We offered that same night. We figured there would end up being a bidding war since it was priced to sell and posted right before the weekend. But our agent called Friday night to tell us that they said yes!!!! We were the only ones to see it and she loved our personal letter!! It's a dream house and will be our lifetime home!!!! I can't wait for the next 30 days to fly by and the house to actually be ours!!!!! And I can't wait to fill it with babies someday!!!
