I think it's good, but it's not going to be current and doesn't offer shows like Game of Thrones or Sex and the City. I've never seen The Sopranos so it might be a good way to check it out.

There are plenty of older HBO shows that I haven't seen, so I think this is great. Of course it would be better is GoT was on there too, but maybe they will add it eventually.

Thanks for sharing. I just finished my Netflix binge of Breaking Bad and was searching for some more shows to watch in their entirety either on Netflix or Amazon Prime. I've been told that if I liked Breaking Bad I might also like HBO shows like The Sopranos, Deadwood, and The Wire but I wasn't sure where I could find them except on DVD (and we're not going to shell out the $$ to buy TV on DVD). I'm glad they'll soon be available on Amazon Prime!

My husband will be excited about the mini-series & documentaries too.

Damn! I was so excited until I read that GoT won't be on there... Boo!!!!

ETA - Why the heck wouldn't they include GoT??? That show alone would probably cause more people to sign-up for Prime!!! It premiered in April of 2011 which now falls under the "3 years after airing" delay. Grrr!

What really needs to happen is you need to be able to buy HBO Go without a cable/satellite provider!

Ooohhhh! I'm very excited about this. There are quite a few shows like Six Feet Under I always wanted to watch.

Why wouldn't SATC be included? I get not including active shows like GoT, but SATC has been over for years and years. Is it even in syndication anymore?

I think it's still contacted to TBS so they can't show it.
