WIJFR: Rebel Belle (NS)

This one wasn't as funny as Hex Hall, but held my interest more than the spin-off book...I can't remember the name of it. Oh, School Spirits. Some of it was a little hard to believe, but overall it was cute!

I have been looking forward to this one!
  • I didn't know you were reading it!

I finished RB a few days ago and I totally agree. Hex Hall was still the best one IMO but I definitely liked it better than SS. It was a fun read and I just wanted to keep reading.

I DO feel like it all happened way too fast

Is this part of a series or a stand alone?

This is what I want to know.

Goodreads lists it as book 1 in a series and I think I saw on Twitter that it was going to be a series.

Yup. Pretty sure she tweeted this week that it was a trilogy.

Yes, I believe it's going to be a trilogy.
  • I kind of gave up on Rachel Hawkins after the Hex Hall series.  The first book was great but then the series fell flat on its face.  Your comment that Hex Hall was better makes me feel like I made the right decision not to put this on my TBR.

    Just my opinion.
