When you pick up the mail and your "registry completion" gift certificate from Target is in there. Right on the front cover is says, "The big day is almost here!"
I couldn't help but laugh. There was no crying involved. What dummy sets up a Target registry at 9 weeks? Oh, just this OCD/mega-planner girl!
H saw it later when he got home and he asked if I was okay. Yup, I thought it was funny considered we just made the decision to pull TTC fully off the table. His response, "it's okay to cry about this. I fully expect it." Me: "Neh, it's turned from crying to just laughing about the bad timing."
One plus to Targets registry? I can deactivate it and then re-activate it if/when we get pregnant again, and all of my goodies will still be on it. :-) Also thought that by deactivating it, then I wouldn't receive this stuff. Nope.
So anyone want 10% off my registry? There's a nice $400 jogging stroller on there.
