Waxing

Okay, so I'm just curious, and only share if you're comfortable because I know it's personal, but I was wondering who has gotten what waxed. We're going on vacation soon and I was thinking of getting a full body wax (brazilian, full legs, underarms, and upper lip, which I probably wouldn't do). I've only ever had a brazilian and it was long enough ago that I'm nervous about any of it...I was just curious if anyone had experiences to share!

I have had my legs waxed and it was for my wedding. It wasn't very painful at all, which surprised me because i have a low pain tolerance. I also had my eyebrows waxed when I was 15 and did it pretty frequently for a few years but now the hair has stopped coming in.

I personally wouldn't do more than what I've already done and I know that the skin gets itchy after a wax...I can;t imagine having an itchy bikini area or armpit!!

Make sure you find a legitimate salon though, for whatever you decide!

i have had a Brazilian done before, twice, the woman who has done my eyebrows for years did it for me, otherwise i wouldnt have gotten it done. Parts of it hurt, i wont lie, the sensitive areas, but its great for vacations so you dont have to worry about shaving. I was worried that i would be laying there with my hoo ha out but she kept me pretty covered and only exposed the areas she was waxing at that particular moment. You need to make sure you exfoliate or you will get ingrown hairs.

Not only did I attempt bikini for my first waxing experience, I also did it at home. I regret everything.

If I were to ever do it again, I'd go to a salon in a heartbeat.

I had done Brazilian for awhile before our wedding. It wasn't bad on a regular basis but I couldn't justify the price. Go to a good place and it's worth it.
Haha honestly, the hair closer to the bikini line for me hurts worse than the private "Brazilian" area because it's thicker hair.

I have had my legs waxed and it wasn't that painful. I don't think that I would do it again though. I am to chicken to get a Brazilian. Lol

I've done Brazilian a few times. I loved it. It hurt a little, but was SO worth it. I just can't afford it right now and that is why I don't do it. I had no itching issues afterward at all.
