  • Workouts are super brief these days!

Monday: ran two miles on my lunch break

Wednesday: ran two miles after work - Zoey was mesmerized by the movement of the treadmill.  I plan to use this to my advantage in the future!

    Sunday: some squats and crunches

  • I've been moving for the past week... I figure if I get a little out of breath and I'm sore the next day, it counts as a workout. My whole body is sore! Next week it's back to yoga!

  • Walking up and down two stories, twice a day at work, then walking to pick up a 4 year old at daycare.

Do hand washing dishes count? I've also vacuumed and washed the kitchen, picked up the living room and such...

    yea, no other workouts.

It only works because I work from home two days a week, and can jump in the shower afterwards.  I would never do it otherwise :)

  • This week I'm upping my exercise from only doing prenatal yoga on Tuesdays. I would like to walk at least 30 minutes a day and I'm trying to hunt down a prenatal yoga DVD to do at home. I miss running, it was such an easy way to get in a quick workout :(

It's been uncomfortable since the beginning, it causes a lot if pressure on my cervix and what I think is round ligament pain :( I really thought I'd be able to continue running!
