It's a little early, but requesting nesty vibes!!
So I've mentioned that we will be putting our house on the market and we finally met with a realtor tonight. We were super nervous because from our own research, we haven't seen any houses in our neighborhood that have sold or been listed that are comparable to ours. We've completely updated our home vs the others putting on a fresh coat of paint and maybe new flooring, but the rest is original.
Well, we got really news!! He thinks we will be able to sell our house in no time, possibly before we even get a chance to have an open house. With the upgrades we've done, he thinks we can get 30% more per square foot than what we paid, which is just amazing! Hopefully all of our hard work is going to pay off and the profit will allow us to purchase our dream home. We both love our realtor and trust in his experience and opinion, so even though we are trying not to get our hopes up, we are getting really excited.
Now, we just need to finish up a few projects around the house and hopefully it will be on the market the weekend following Mother's Day. So, any positive vibes y'all can send our way for a quick sale, I'd soooooo appreciate it!

You aren't going to have any trouble selling it.
And that you find a great piece if land to build on. Are you going to rent in the mean time??
