I had a meltdown yesterday over a BFP post with a pee stick where I could even see the peed on part of the stick. I talked to DH about it and we both agreed that we don't like pee stick posts ever, but if you're going to post it, at least leave out the peed on part of the stick. What about you ladies?

  • I don't really care, but more than anything I am usually surprised where people put their pee sticks- especially ICs or other kinds that don't have pee shields.

And then I wonder how well they clean.

Eh, whatever. I don't really enjoy seeing the pee drops, but I also could see how someone could be so excited/nervous/whatever that they don't realize the pee is in the pic. I don't judge.

ETA: on GP, that is.. no pee sticks on FB!

  • I don't really mind them. We are here discussing getting pregnant and all the TMI that goes with it and I consider pee sticks part of that. FB is another story though....

  • I don't want to see any sort of pee stick on FB ever. I am only okay with that stuff from my GPers! Although I'd still prefer not to see the peed-on portion/evidence of pee. I know I've tried really hard to keep that part out when I've posted ICs especially in the past.

I don't mind pee sticks on here, but ewwww no on fb! There was a girl that I'm "friends" with that put it as her profile pic. I don't need to seet hat everyday including your pregnancy updates every hour. Needless to say, she was unfriended. My sister also showed me a pic of her swollen feet (it totally helped my diet).

I joke with my sister that I am going to mail my positive pee stick to her! Haha

  • My brother sent a pee stick picture to the family (which was funny since our parents has no clue what it meant) and I gave him hell for weeks. That was his announcement to us. I didn't like it from him nor do I want it in fb.

Here? It's the culture as someone else said we talk about worse so I don't care.
