Re: Confession Thursday
I didn't have a confession for today in mind until I went to my doctor's appointment today. It was my six month follow up with my allergist since starting injections. I was sitting in the waiting room and a woman nearby me brought in her infant to get looked at for allergy symptoms. I could tell he sounded stuffed up just from the noises he was making. When I was in the exam room, I could hear him crying and felt generally sad. I never get this upset around crying babies.
It's stuff like that that worries me for when H and I decide to start a family. We already have enough health issues as it is. I'd feel terrible if my kid went through the same breathing issues that.
So in short, I confess I am terrified more so than ever that my future offspring will feel just as miserable as I do every spring and summer.
On Tuesday I ordered a pizza for lunch and ate the whole thing. Then I bought 2 cookies and a brownie from a bake sale and ate them all. Then at dinner I ate a pretzel burger and fries at Ruby Tuesdays. Lots of salt, but I regret nothing!
And second : I'm a little scared of ghosts and since I've learned that the woman we are buying from has a late husband (original owners), I've had to stop myself from asking whether he haunts the house! Lol I'm only kind of kidding!!
There are a few leaks in the house and since we got a lot of rain yesterday, we went over to see how bad the leaks are today. My dad and brother started talking about the work that needs to be done and now I'm really freaking out over money and the affordability of this house.
