Yeah, I like putting the cart before the horse on a constant basis. So let's get to know some parenting styles and other things you may have thought about...

1. Co-sleeping: Yay or Nay? I want to try and be good about NOT co-sleeping. 1 our cat sleeps on our feet, 2 DH rolls ALOT, 3, it's just a something I don't want our child getting used to at all.

2. Do you want to find out the sex beforehand? Yes 110% yes

3. Baby Led-Weaning: Yay or Nay? (not using baby food/purees and going straight to solid food) No, we will be using baby food.

4. Do you want to SAH or will your child go to daycare? I'd love to SAH but I just don't think that is going to happen for more than 3 -4 months unfortunately.

5. Will you be the type of mom equipped with hand sanitizer, Lysol, and wipes. Or are germs okay? Hand sanitizer will probably be in my diaper bag but I'm not crazy about using it a lot.

6. If you have a secret Pinterest page (or not secret), what's one of your favorite baby pins?

7. Do you think you will have an issue with the weight gain during pregnancy? If so, why? I think I will. I have a feeling I won't be able to control myself from eating junk. I REEAALLLY want to be active and healthy but that means DH needs to help me stay that way and he can never say no to me.

8. Is there anything you already do have for baby? We have a bunch of hand me down toys, sippy cups, a few outfits and baby books.

9. Any other CBH things you would like to add? DH talk about our parenting style ALLLL the time. I am big believer that the child cannot rule the parent. My nephews RULE my SIL & BIL it's ridiculous in my eyes. The kids get anything and everything they want even if they throw a huge fit or have been misbehaving. There is no discipline or rules.

Yes, PCOS and insulin resistance will make it something to keep control of

I work for a donation center so my friends give me clothes to donate from time to time, I've kept a two things for a baby.

7. Do you think you will have an issue with the weight gain during pregnancy? If so, why? Probably. Because I'm already overweight and when I don't feel good, I eat whatever sounds good. So if I have any amount of nausea while pregnant, i'll eat whatever I can stomach. Hopefully it'll be lettuce and strawberries, but it very well could be mac and cheese for days.

8. Is there anything you already do have for baby? Just two sets of empty arms, waiting to hold him/her.

2. Do you want to find out the sex beforehand? H does, but I am 75% toward not finding out. So we likely will.

7. Do you think you will have an issue with the weight gain during pregnancy? If so, why? Honestly, yes. I'm really afraid that I will get back to my "fat girl" weight. I never want to see that number on the scale, and if I start getting closer to it then I may need the MW to not let me see what I weigh.

8. Is there anything you already do have for baby? Haha. Way too much. A few onsies, boppy, sling, cloth diapers, hangers, a few bibs, nursing cover, and a big bag of maternity clothes.

9. Any other CBH things you would like to add? I'm probably a crazy CBH lady. There are pins with what jogging stroller I want, I already have in my mind everything I want to get beforehand, and I have more baby crap in my attic than the norm. All I need is the dang baby.

1. Co-sleeping: Yay or Nay? I don't know. I don't want my future baby to not be able to sleep on their own but selfishly, when BF, it would probably be easier for me to just have them co-sleep.

2. Do you want to find out the sex beforehand? Yes for sure but I also want to do a gender reveal. Not a big obnoxious party, mostly just a small sweet thing for us and for immediate family.

4. Do you want to SAH or will your child go to daycare? Both Tom and I love working too much for either of us to SAH. That being said, once I have a baby it will probably be my sister watching baby for one day/Tom's mom watching baby for one day/me working from home one day/and then DC the rest.

5. Will you be the type of mom equipped with hand sanitizer, Lysol, and wipes. Or are germs okay? Nope. I mean, obviously wash your hands before you touch my baby and don't come around if you're sick but I'm not nutty like that.

Yep. I've got a few tubs of clothes, an Ergobaby carrier, some blankets, stuffed toys, a SkipHop diaper bag and a few other odds and ends that I might be able to use. Up until about 2 years ago, I would go crazy on baby clearance at Target/Walmart, etc. I never spent more than $5 on any item though. Bargain shopper!

I firmly believe that you should never say never, but here is my general thoughts.

1. Co-sleeping: Yay or Nay? Nay. Just not worth the risk and anxiety IMO (just to clarify I vote nay for bed-sharing, but yay for room-sharing.)

2. Do you want to find out the sex beforehand? Definitely

3. Baby Led-Weaning: Yay or Nay? (not using baby food/purees and going straight to solid food) Nay. Nothing wrong with it, but just not for me.

4. Do you want to SAH or will your child go to daycare? I would like part time. I would prefer a center to a home daycare or a nanny

I lost about 60 pounds when I was 24-25 (so about 7 years ago), and constantly watch my diet/calories to maintain. So gaining weight is hard, mentally.

-Yes, we always knew she would sleep in our room (in her RnP or PnP) for at least the first few months, but we ended up bedsharing and she still sleeps like that now at 7 months. It works for us. I feel very safe with her next to me.

2. Do you want to find out the sex beforehand?

-Yes, and I want to find out for #2 also. I thought about being team green but DH is adamantly against it. Lol

-We do a mix of purees and BLW. Depends on what type of food it is.

4. Do you want to SAH or will your child go to daycare?

-SAH until they get into school, then I'll find a job.

-I wipe down cart handles, but that's because she tries to eat them. Otherwise I'm not really a germaphobe. I just try to avoid sick people.

-I have a pinterest account, but I don't really know how to use it. Lol

7. Do you think you will have an issue with the weight gain during pregnancy? If so, why?

-I was really worried I would gain 60lbs like my mom and MIL did, but even with eating all the crap I wanted I only gained just over 30.

8. Is there anything you already do have for baby?

-I had a bunch of clothes that I had been given, and a few toys. Most of it was boy stuff though, so that went to my cousin.

7. Do you think you will have an issue with the weight gain during pregnancy? If so, why? Quite possibly, but I just want to be healthy and have a healthy kid. I'll have to keep telling myself that.

8. Is there anything you already do have for baby? DH and I bought two onesies a few days after our wedding, knowing we wouldn't use them for a long time. One of them lives inside a shadowbox picture frame "baby fund" where we direct friends to donate when they bother us about having kids. We haven't bought anything else.

1. Co-sleeping: Yay or Nay? Nay...for the same bed. I toss and turn, plus I'm a stomach/side sleeper (pregnancy is going to be fun). I will do same room sleeping until the baby sleeps through the night.

2. Do you want to find out the sex beforehand? I'm on the fence. I feel like we probably would, though, and do a reveal party for family.

Do you think you will have an issue with the weight gain during pregnancy? If so, why? Yes. Weight has always been an issue for me. 8. Is there anything you already do have for baby? I have few things. Few books, car seat cover, BF cover, and I think there's something else, but I can't remember at this time. 9. Any other CBH things you would like to add?
