Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    Mon: Level 1 of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred
    Tues: Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown
    Wed: Rest
    Thurs: Level 1 30 Day Shred
    Fri: Level 1 30 Day Shred
    Sat: Rest
    Sun: 3 mile walk with H

    Goals for this week:
    Try to fit in 4 workouts...my thesis defense is next week, so I hope I don't get sidetracked with the prep for that.
    I want to go do Yoga Meltdown right now, but I'm waiting for a call from my thesis advisor...

  • My goal is 4 workouts/week too.  I'm kind of nauseous today (happens before AF, I'm not PG) so today will probably just be a lame walk.  Yoga either Thursday or Friday, and weights/cardio the other 2 times.

  • I am down 15 pounds as of my weigh-in yesterday! 5 more till I reach my goal!

    I can't work out today because I picked up an evening shift at my second job, but I plan on hitting the gym Tuesday through Saturday.
