Perhaps some Mexican food, no set plans. We usually go out with friends as it is their wedding anniversary and mine and H's dating anniversary today, but they have a choir rehearsal.

Unintentionally we planned tacos for dinner tonight. In college I used to go out and drink Corona and eat nachos, but I used every day as an excuse to drink back then. Since I've graduated, I haven't done anything to celebrate.

No celebrations here. Although if I didn't think they'd be slammed, I'd vote for dinner at the local Mexican restaurant in a heartbeat.

We ended up eating at a Mexican restaurant last night because I was craving fajitas. Well, I guess they didn't think they'd be busy on a Monday night (um, hello! It's Cinco de Mayo!!) and there were only two waiters on the floor. The waiter was so busy and running around like a crazy person. We didn't even get chips until we were almost done eating our dinner! My H never complains at a restaurant but even he was fed up. We spoke with the manager and she took half off our bill. We still tipped the waiter on what the full bill would have been though.
