    Well now that I just signed up for a 5k, my ass will be back on the treadmill this evening.

    I've got nothing. I did walk a lot at the outlets on Saturday and on Sunday I went on a 2.5 hour hike with MIL, Ben and the dogs. so i'm not being lazy since I stopped working out.

    ETA: I did go to yoga on Friday night too

    You are still sooo much more active than most people that arent pregnant. Kudos to you for keeping up with your workouts. Hopefully that will help your labor progress easier.

    I truly think staying active has made my pregnancy so much easier!

    For real. The extent of my activity while I was pregnant was shoveling wawa mac and cheese in to my mouth. You're freaking awesome.

    LOL right!! I've definitely learned from my first time mistakes though and next time, I promise to not eat everything in sight.

    I definitely can tell when I go to yoga and the weeks I don't. I'm going this Friday!!

    Hunter and I are still getting out walks in, when it's not Noah ark type flooding.

  • I realized the other day that I've been neglecting my arms, so I did a 10 minute arm workout with free weights after my run on Saturday.  Holy moly, my biceps STILL hurt!  I have no idea what I did to myself.  I've done this exact workout before and never felt like this afterwards.  And it didn't hit me until yesterday, which was weird.
