I am proud of myself!

So, Mother's Day is right around the corner. Every year that has meant spending at least 50 bucks on my mom, my MIL, and I usually get my best friend something. She is a single mom to young ones, so she gets left out. So usually at least 125 dollars, plus letting DH buy something I don't need or want from DD.

So today I went to the bulk food shop, got stuff to make these caramel pretzel things that look divine, plus cute containers to put them in. I spent 20 bucks.
I will make everyone a nice treat! I am taking my mom to the movies on Sunday but I already have free passes.

I asked DH to take DD and pick out a bubble bath for me. That's all I want, she always makes something cute in school anyways.

Part of me feels like I am cheating out, but every month some holiday or birthday comes up. I need to focus on building our EF instead!
