  • Charlotte - Love it! It's on my list

    Juliet - Not a fan

    Scout - Not a fan

    Atticus - Not a fan

Holden - I can't begin to explain how much I liked this name, I wanted it to be #1. Every single person I have said it to has made fun of the name and me for liking it.

Sawyer - I like it, I've never actually said the name to DH so not sure how he would feel. Probably not like it knowing him.

Charlotte: I like this name, but there are others I like more. It is on the list.
Juliet: Sorry...I'm not naming my kid after a bratty teenager who killed herself because her parents didn't like that she ran off with a guy she just met.
Scout: No. Just no. This is a cute dog's name.

Atticus: Maybe as a middle name, but no as a first name. DH would love it, though.
Holden: Not bad...this may require discussion with DH...
Sawyer: Maybe if the father was the guy who played Sawyer on Lost (Josh something? ). Otherwise, it's not happening.

  • Charlotte & Juliet  - Pretty, but I wouldn't personally use them.

Scout -  Another vote for pet name or just a nn.

Atticus - I always think of To Kill a Mokingbird or 'abacus' when I hear this.

Holden - All that comes to mind is Holden McGroin...

Sawyer - I think this is kind of cute, actually. Not sure if DH would ever be on board, though.

  • I like Charlotte and Juliet. I do not like Scout at all. Fine as a nn, but that's it.

I think Atticus is too long with no good shortened version. I like Holden but I actually know 2 Holdens. I like Sawyer better as a nn for someone with that as their LN.

I'm insistent upon literary names. Charlotte is in my top 2 for a girl but DH hates it. Atticus is a likely middle name for us for a boy but we'd never use it for a first name.

Sawyer - Kind of cute, but I prefer it for a girl. Still wouldn't ever use it though.
