Sorry for the delay in updating everyone (I just read all of your sweet comments!)....
Everything went well, and now I'm Dr. Nic, Ph.D.!!!! I'm so thrilled that it's over and that I only have a few minimal corrections to my manuscript. After the public seminar, the closed door questioning only took 30 minutes...I was terrified that it was a bad sign, but I think the faculty members were hungry and just wanted some lunch, haha!
I really wanted to update everyone yesterday, but the WiFi in the Rochester airport was not cooperating, and we had a really short layover in JFK. Thank you all so much for your support! I say this all the time, but Oct 2012 ladies are the best!!!
