Wed: Pork Chops in a Hawaiian marinade, coconut rice, sugar snap peas or another steamed green veggie

I can't really think of an ingredient that I won't use, other than stuff like shortening. I try to feed us mostly clean, so unhealthy fats, most prepackaged foods, etc. aren't purchased very often.

Nothing I don't like, but I can't keep gluten in the house, and soy products are generally avoided too. Umm....I guess heavily processed foods are things I do not keep in the house.
“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to."
"I don't much care where –"
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go.”

Forgot the forbidden ingredient question. Prepackaged just about anything, but especially cake mixes and the like. Blech!!!
