Seamstress needed

Hello, I just moved to DE and I am in a wedding in April. I need a good recomendation for a seamstress. Preferably near Bear. Can anyone help me?

I agree with Colleen .... Elaine Morgan is the best she did all the alterations on all my bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. She does amazing work and at an afordable price.

It's a little late to respond now but Elaine charged me $150 each for 6 bridesmaids dresses and $75 each for 3 vests. The workmanship was so horrendous that I am asking for my money back. Every hem was noticably crooked, not a single seam had a finished edge and even the armholes didn't match up. The worst part was that the dresses started to come apart AT my wedding!! She is not responding to my request to work something out. Here is a photo of one of the dresses. Notice the puckering, the awful neckline and the mismatched width of the straps. The waistline was too high and the seams under the arms split before the wedding.
DO NOT hire this woman!

I am in the process of taking her to small claims court if I don't receive a timely response. I just happened to google her name to see if anyone else had had my experience. Turns out, there were several but even more who seemed pleased with what she gave them. I could post 59 more photos of the horrendous work she did for me, so I'm having difficulty understanding how anything she does could be considered acceptable. I just decided to comment in the event that an unsuspecting bride-to-be happen upon these posts, praising this seamstress' work, only to be left with what I was left with. I don't want what happened to me to happen to another bride. I'll attach one more photo, just to show something as simple as a zipper and what a horrendous job she did.
