  We have the same problem in my office. The note thing never worked here.  My best piece of advice is transfer it to an unmarked container, preferably opaque.  People need to keep their hands off other peoples food!

  To spin off brij's idea: "To the person who has been enjoying my coffee creamer: I'm happy to know I'm not the only one who enjoys this creamer. I always refill this container with fresh from the source cream weekly. Unfortunately, my source of creamer is going away, so I won't be able to provide this for myself and you as well anymore.   Us techies handle this differently. We set up a hidden camera, got a screen shot of the thief, printed it out and taped it to the fridge with a note that said "smile you're on camera...and you're busted".

   TTC since May 2011, 1 year trying, and then 3 TI, 2 IUI = BFN

  IVF #1 (May 2013):  Antagonist Protocol: 
  24R, 18M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 2 early blasts, no frosties = BFN
  IVF #2 (August 2013):  Lupron Stop Protocol:

  I'd probably start by putting a note that said something like "MINE! No touchy, please." And then if it continued, I'd go further with it and make a bigger stink out of it.

  I just never understood why people think its okay to help themselves to other peoples food. if you forgot creamer, just ask for a splash!

  Now that I think about it, I'd almost be tempted to just buy another creamer and put labels on them: "community creamer (please enjoy!") and "nfp's creamer (please don't use)". They're relatively cheap anyway and I wonder if putting a snarky note (even mildly snarky) on just yours would just make the person use it more out of spite..

  I'm not sure I'd put anything snarky on it either.  What's to stop them from spitting in it?  Maybe just buy some of those individual creamers and keep them at your desk...

  I've used coworker's creamers before when I'm in a bind.  But I'm smart enough not to take it often enough for them to notice.

  We have the same freaking problem here.  I used my creamer ONCE earlier this year---and it was gone.  So annoying.  I like the breast milk ideas, though. haha
