Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Down again this week after gaining a little last week. 

    Food's been a big issue lately and I think it will only continue to be so as we have a lot of birthdays and weddings coming up. Luckily since it's been so nice out, I've been taking the dog for long walks after work. I think that's the only thing keeping me on track!

  • yeah, I blew it this week.  I didn't even step on the scale after the wedding and our anniversary last week.  I need to get back in gear.   Chalk that up along with I am stuck in an anovulary cycle and my hormones are all whacked out, so I'm a mess and eat ice cream to feel better.  (Note to self:  do NOT eat your feelings)

    I hate to exercise, I try to do it and I get part way in and I'm all "this sucks" and I bail.  I have commitment issues.  :(

  • Still working out everyday, still stress eating like a fat kid.  Stuck with the same number, I really got to get serious with eating or I will never lose.

  • I'm down by 2 lbs! Thank goodness I was starting to believe I wasn't going to be able to lose. Food is a huge problem for me it always has been and always will be. I'm just so picky and I love bread! I'm hoping that with all the birthdays coming up I can still get some good exercise in.
