It's finally Friday! And a three-day weekend! Yippee!
Any good plans for the weekend?
My best friend is in town from Chicago, so we're grabbing lunch today. Then DH and I are taking off to head down to the OBX for a long weekend at the beach. We're supposed to get great weather - can't wait!

I have been begging H to clean the garage for almost two months. If he doesn't do it this weekend I will be furious. Anyway, even though I have the week off next week I'm sure I'll be doing work from home as I am a control freak.

Tonight we have a fundraiser to go to, which should be fun. It's at this games room/pub place, so there are arcade games, air hockey, darts, etc. that we can play. Saturday will be cleaning, laundry, etc. And we're doing a date night although I'm not sure the exact plans. Sunday we have dinner with the in-laws.
We are going to a margarita festival downtown tomorrow. It's supposed to feel like 100 degrees so I think we're going to wait until the sun goes down to go. I hope we stay for the fireworks!
Other than that, I have lots of work to get done.
Saturday my friend came to visit. We looked at wedding dresses for her, out to eat, get a pedi, lounge around, just enjoyed the day.
Sunday morning she left. H and I just relaxed. I really can't remember anything significant.
Monday we saw x-men and relaxed some more. It was glorious.
