  • We grill about once or twice a week. We do burgers and dogs or kabobs frequently. My favorite are shrimp kabobs with pineapple, peppers and mushrooms.

  • We grill a lot.  Our favorite is marinated pork tenderloin.  We usually pick up a bottle of Asian Zing from BWW.  It's delicious!
  • We grill a lot, almost every night, unless we are out of propane.  We make steak, chicken, burgers, brauts, tenderloin, and veggies mainly.  It's just so much easier to cook on the grill - faster, cleaner, and since H likes to do it, I don't have to. :-bd

My mom bought us a BBQ last summer so we try to use it as much as possible.  Now that the weather is warmer we use it almost every night for making dinner.  Usually it's chicken, burgers or fish we BBQ but we've also done pizza and a tuna casserole.  Our BBQ has a temp gauge so I knew exactly how hot it got and how long to cook the casserole.

  • We currently don't have a yard, so no grill for us. :( I do enjoy grilling though, so grill will definitely happen after we get a house. And I don't know about non-traditional grilling, but when I was younger and working at camp, we used to cook everything and anything over a campfire. Everything from omelettes to cupcakes! It is totally possible to bake a cupcake in a campfire. I miss doing that sort of thing.

And of course, I would be remiss if I made a post about grilling and didn't mention my love for spiedies. Not a lot of people know what spiedies are because they're a regional thing, and that makes me sad because they're amazing!

  • Love grilling. We do it all the time.

We've grilled everything from steak and burgers to fruit and pizza. You name it, we'll probably grill it!

  • We don't grill a lot, but that's because we haven't had a grill. When we moved in the house, the previous owners left their grill. We were excited, tried to use it, and it took over 30 minutes just to cook hot dogs....FAIL! haha. So our new grill arrived yesterday, actually! We won't assemble it until we're back from vacation though. I forsee a lot of grilling this summer!

  • Not as much as we used to when we were still living with our respective parents. The grill he had at his parents' house was much bigger and easier to use than the one that we have at our rental. Not that I'm not appreciative for my dad buying that for us, but it made it so much easier to just cover the grill at his old house rather than wheeling this one in.

Usually we did things like steaks, hamburgers or shish-ka-bobs with shrimp.

Recently, we decided to do pizza on the grill while at a friend's house for Memorial Day. It turned out surprisingly well! We did pepperoni and barbecue chicken flavored.

  • We grill more often now that the weather is warming up. Usually steak, ribs, chicken, whatever I remember to defrost, lol

  • In the summer, we grill a lot. I love grilled veggies, the husband loves steak. We both really like grilled wedge salads (cut a heart of romaine in half, bush on some canola oil, and put it on the grill until the lettuce wilts slightly...then I put some balsamic, olive oil, grape tomatoes, and shredded pecorino cheese over them. Delish!)

  • A few times a week when it's nice, less in the winter (but still occaisionally). My favorite grill thing is shish ka bobs!!! mmm maybe this weekend!

Hahaha, of course! Spiedies are just chunks of meat (usually chicken) that get marinated in some deliciousness, grilled like kebabs, and usually served in sandwich form. It's the marinade that makes it great. I actually had no idea what was in spiedie sauce, so I looked it up, and I guess it's a combination of vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and Italian spices.

  • We just got a grill last weekend and used it for the first time last night. My parents were over for dinner and we had steaks, chicken, veggie kabobs and rice. I love grilling. The best is beer can chicken.

We will most likely grill 3-4 nights a week now that I'm not working. And we'll be the crazy canucks grilling in the winter.

H does a lot of grilling during the summer. Probably at least once a week he will cook on the grill.
He is actually looking for a new grill and it's been a process since he's very specific about what he wants.
We are planning a big cookout with all our family and close frIends on the 4th of July where we will announce the pregnancy.

My parents have a grill, but it's a pain for us to get to it to use, so we don't really grill.  We have a stove top cast iron grill that's decent and a close runner up for grilling.  We used to use it multiple times a week, but when I got pregnant, the smoky smell it would leave in the apartment made me nauseous.  We'll definitely grill a lot once we get the house.  A grill is all H's father talks about buying for us.
