SBC: The Golden Compass (NS)

I read this for the eccentric mom category. It was something a friend had recommended and when I saw others had read it for this category I decided to give it a read. I wasn't too crazy about the story in the beginning but once things got moving I started to really enjoy it. I will definitely be reading the rest of this series, I gave it a 4 stars review on Goodreads.

I absolutely loved this series when I read it a million years ago. I keep thinking that I may put in a re-read sometime soon. Glad you enjoyed it!

I agree with @jackiback! I don't want to say this book was life changing but it did have a huge affect on little 11yr old fabk.
I am so glad you enjoyed it! I can't wait to share this book with Alex when he is older!
