SBC: The Golden Compass (NS)
I read this for the eccentric mom category. It was something a friend had recommended and when I saw others had read it for this category I decided to give it a read. I wasn't too crazy about the story in the beginning but once things got moving I started to really enjoy it. I will definitely be reading the rest of this series, I gave it a 4 stars review on Goodreads.
