Military Care Package Kit from the Post Office
The USPS will send you free packing supplies in a Military Care Package kit. Call 1-800-610-8734. Choose the option for priority mail service. When you reach a live agent, ask them for the Military Care Kit. They will send you a kit that contains 6 boxes, tape, labels, envelopes and customs forms. The kit takes 7 to 10 days to get to you. The lady I spoke to just sent me 2. The first time you call, they will give you a code to save and use each time you call so they don't have to ask your info every time. I've done this for every deployment so far. It saves me a ton of time to have it all done up before I go to the Post Office. You can even pay your postage online, for flat rate boxes, and have your carrier pick them up.

Well, the best way is to use the postal services flat rate box. They are the perfect size (get the shoebox type one) and they provide the boxes and labels to you for free! You can put as much stuff as possible with unlimited weight (as long as the box stays the shape, in otherwords you can't overstuff it so much that the box no longer fits together as it is suppose to) and only pay one flat fee!
