    1) What are your fitness goals? To build muscle, and have a nice butt?  That would be great too.
    2) How has your progress been this week?  Pretty dang good. Diet was well all week (including turning down cake at a birthday party), and I exercised 5 days.
    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?  Gluten Free/PCOS diet, Exercise minimum of 5 days/week.  M, W, F - Bootcamp class, and running T, Th, and Sat.
Next week I'm going to have to figure out a different schedule since I will start training for half marathon #2 of the year, and our training days are M, W, and Saturday.
    4) Best part of your week? Running 4 miles in 40 minutes on Saturday. :-)  It's been far too long.
    5) Worst part of your week?  Turning down cake at a birthday party, margaritas at the afterparty, and mourning the EDD of our baby.

    1) What are your fitness goals? To lose 100lbs and then either get KU or lose another 25lbs.

    2) How has your progress been this week? Pretty good.  I lost 2.4lbs last week which I know is a good number but I was disappointed in it because I worked so hard that I thought I'd see a bigger number.  I've done great with eating and working out though; I haven't slipped up at all in the last few weeks.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? I was doing WW but now I'm doing a weight lose shake for breakfast, fruit and/or veggies for lunch and then a light dinner.  And I'm working out 5 times a week for 45-60 minutes at a time.

    4) Best part of your week? Getting my Dh to work out with my twice this weekend!

    5) Worst part of your week? Work is just draining me lately, other than that things have been good.

QOTW: Go to pump-you-up workout song(s)? Push It by Salt and Pepper, Britney Spears is always a good thing and I really like Eminem when I'm working out.

  • I somehow missed this earlier this week. 1. Fitness goals-I want to lose at least another 40 pounds, and jog the 5k my student council is planning for fall. 2.progress this week-I've walked every day but because we ate horribly over the weekend there's not any real progress. 3. The plan-we are using myfitness pal and DH really keeps on me to put everything in. I'm also limiting dairy and soy and walking and working towards jogging. 4. Pest part- a friend and I met to walk the track and catch up. 5. Worst part-we drive to a state park a little ways away to kayak and it started to pour so we only were out for a half hour after driving a fair distance. DH did take me shopping though, QOTW: I usually turn on Big Bad Voodoo daddy because they are a fast beat. I have some old school 80s and 90s pop too.

  • I need to drop another 30, I want to try gluten free to regulate my cycles, but I don't have the willpower. This week was/is really bad. Eating shit and not working out at all. My plan includes running 2 miles five times a week and low carb. The best part of my week? Umm, nothing great so far. Worst part, the appraiser is here and she's calling our 4th bedroom a den. That's what it is now, but it should be a bedroom but we we're hoping she wouldn't notice. We knew she would, wishful thinking.
