  I can use my phone at work. They don't want us on them all the time but they understand that things come up. They only request we keep it on vibrate so it is not a distraction.

  
  

  Due to my position at work, the attorneys are frequently texting or calling me, on the road or from court if they need something, so I have to have my phone on and at hand at all times. I keep it right in front of my keyboard so it is within reach. I also have to keep my volume on low so I can hear it.

  Technically we aren't supposed to have our phones out at work, but because I have a 3 person department and 2 of us travel between offices we are permitted to use ours.  I have it on vibrate and I keep in on the monitor stand on my desk.

  My work doesn't mind, it's probably because my boss is one of the worst offenders. I usually keep it on my desk or in my purse and it's usually on silent.

  We aren't supposed to. Mine is in my drawer beside my my desk. But I leave it on vibrate and check it occasionally. It definitely can't be on my desk.

  We can and do use ours quite often. I keep mine right beside my office phone. It's basically right in front of my face. I keep it on vibrate but I also keep it on vibrate when I'm not at work too.

  I have my own office so I can use it, but I also have a direct line so my family usually calls from that. We are pretty laid back in that sense as long as put work gets done

  We aren't supposed to, but since all of my drug info apps are on my phone they don't ever question the pharmacists for having it out.  If I were to start taking personal calls, however, that might be a different story!  I do text DH throughout the day and no one has ever said anything to me.
