I'm thankful for my health insurance. After seeing all @klm42404 is going through, and other friends... I'm blessed.

I was thinking that too. I see how everyone else's health insurance is changing and it makes me so nervous because we've only had little changes so far. I'm really nervous for something big to change.

I'm thankful that it took me less than an hour to get home last night and only an hour to get to work today.

And .. this is what I'm most thankful for .. I'm thankful that Teddy is talking more and more. This morning when I dropped him off at daycare, I said "bye love you." He looked at me, waved and said "bye bye love." And then I cried.

Same here. My moms BFF just had a biopsy done on a lump in her breast and it wasnt covered by insurence. The bill was 10k!! She is a ovarian cancer survivor and now is being tested for breast cancer and they are charging her 10k for one test. WTF?

I am thankful that my boss is recovering beautifully from hip replacement surgery.

I am also thankful for my shift change at work. I work 6:30-2:30 for the next few weeks until my 10 hour days start. I get up in the peace and quiet, drive to work with minimal traffic and have another 30 minutes of peace and quiet in my office before anyone else comes in. I just want quiet in the morning and its fabulous. Getting up at 5:30 sucks, but I can handle that.

I am also thankful that everything is moving along so smoothly with this new house and we will once again be homeowners in 15 days!!

I am lastly thankful our realtor referred us to a great insurance agent that is saving us over half of our current car insurence bill with the same coverage!

My mom got hit with a 10k bill for the test to check her heart. Insurance paid $125 for a lab, therefore hospital won't take a lower payment for it. She's contesting it. Hospital didn't send the bill until a year later. It's crazy! I'm thankful she got better insurance with the ACA, but I hate others are suffering.

I think I read our insurance is going up 10% next year. Which I'll take compared to how I hear others are changing

I'm thankful my friend found a hair in her dinner last night right as the manager was standing there....so we all got our meals for free!!

I am thankful that tomorrow is food day!!! We're doing another taco day, so I decided to search for an appropriately themed dessert. I've settled on Mexican cinnamon cookies. Hopefully they turn out OK!

I'm thankful that Bear is healthy. One of our good friends gave birth on Monday and her sweet baby boy is in the NICU with pneumonia. She still hasn't held him and I know it's killing her. Everyday they say maybe tomorrow.

The good news it's he's getting better though and her milk came in today so she's able to feed him her own breast milk now.

I'm thankful that its been a light week (kid wise) at work. I had alot to do for summer camp.

I'm thankful that my mom came home from the hospital yesterday. Her heart rate is still a little fast, but they are hoping meds will help with it.
