Lots of house selling vibes....
We have a second showing on our house this afternoon. Girl saw house yesterday along with 6 others and they called as soon as they were done for 2nd showing today so she could bring boyfriend by because she loved it; smaller than other houses they saw since it's just the 2 of them, getting married in August so looking for closure mid-July (we take ownership of new house on 6/20 and plan 2 weeks for move), they said our house was most updated with least amount of work/maintenance/updates to do since they may only be here 4 ish years or so.
