My WIMOHB Hardcover Copy
I was so excited when I saw this in my email from the Poisoned Pen:
And please keep this is mind. You are getting an autographed first printing of
the first edition of Written in My Own Heart's Blood. It is the most valuable
because:
1. Random House has already been back to press twice before June 10 and
will continue to reprint. How can you tell a first printing? Look at the back of
the Title Page where Diana signed your book and you will see a string of
numbers that includes "1". Each reprint drops a number. Second printings
thus do not have a "1" in that number string. Third printings the "2" is dropped
2. There is a small typo on P 814 in the last line. The first printing you receive
will be the only edition, digital or print, that contains this "collector point."
Thus we say to you, do not read your copy while eating chocolate. Treasure it.
I can't wait for it to finally arrive!!!
