  • 2 weeks (at least) on Casual Vacancy and I'm still only halfway through. I'm so over it. So I decided to take a break and I read Crash by Nicole Williams. I read it in less than 12 hours. haha. It was a short book, but it was so nice to read a book I enjoyed!

  • I finished Vampire Academy the other day. I surprising liked it. Now I am reading Mercy by Jodi Picoult. It's okay so far. I kinda gave up on the Wizard of Oz and Under the Never Sky.

I feel like I have given up on a lot of books this year. I may go back to them but at least one of them I know I won't.

  • @minionlover  I know how that one goes. I tried a while ago to read the Wizard of Oz series and I couldn't get through it. Yet somehow, ten or eleven year old me go through at least two of the books.

  • It's no longer Monday but I just finished The Maze Runner on my lunch break and am feeling the need to discuss. Oh my god. I've just been sucker-punched by a YA dystopia. This must be what Hunger Games and Divergent fans feel like. James Dashner is infuriatingly good at hooks and cliffhangers; I am so angry at the ending of this freaking book, but it's a GOOD kind of anger? It's been a good long time since I got sucked into a book like this. Next in the series, please!
