Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    This is how I feel lately! I just have had no time for anything. My house is also a huge mess that's how little time I have.
  • +4lbs in 2 weeks. Last week was Aunt Flo, this week is from stress. Plus we've also been traveling every weekend for the past month for weddings, bday parties, etc. so not a lot of opportunities to be healthy! I have a lull in our schedule after this week so hopefully I can get back on track. 

    @mancila60 our house is also a mess. If we weren't hemorrhaging money on bdays, wedding and driving every weekend I would seriously consider hiring someone.

  • I'm down 25 lbs. It's been a rocky few weeks, but feel like I'm finally getting back into the groove of exercising again. Not dieting, but exercising is working for me
  • I'm stuck and its so frustrating! I still have like 30lbs to my goal and the scale has not moved. I dropped and now ugh very frustrating.
