How's it going?  Participation on this post has been low.  Consider this me "getting on your case about it."  Lol!

    Anniversary 

  • I've been going on walks.  Keeping up with lifting light weights.  I need to start doing squats and lounges again.  My thighs are getting bigger than I'd like them to be.
  • I haven't been slogging along on the treadmill, but I have been keeping super busy---I never stop moving throughout the day.  Still shopping for bikes, I am going to go to target later today I think and check them out.

    Also some pants that weren't even close to fitting 4 weeks ago are sooooooooo close to fitting now.  Yay!

  • I can't work out:( but I dragged my lazy butt to the gym yesterday and did the stairs anyway and I'll go today too bc I feel bloated, too many birthday/graduation parties etc....MUST not eat all the food!

  • I had a date with Jillian Michaels this morning! It had been too long and I need to get back on track. Since we were traveling a lot in May, the spare bedroom turned into a mess of suitcases. We finally put all of those back where we belong, and I reclaimed my workout space! The beginning of June was full of job search networking events, and I kept making excuses for not working out. No excuses now that I have more time and a cleaned out workout room : )

    Plan for the week:
    Monday: 30 Day Shred
    Tuesday: 30 Day Shred
    Wednesday: Yoga Meltdown or Rest
    Thursday: Yoga Meltdown or Rest
    Friday: 30 Day Shred

    I'd also love to go on some walks, but it's supposed to in the 90's all week : /

  • My work out is getting up the hill in our neighborhood on our daily walks. Omg so winded... I think baby is already smooshing my lungs. I hate stairs too.

  • I'm not officially cleared to workout yet, but I've been walking everyday. On Saturday and yesterday I did the two mile loop around our neighborhood.

  • I have been slacking on my yoga, but yesterday I painted my living room which was quite the arm workout thanks to very high ceilings.
