I need help with my menu for book club
I am hosting book club this month and I can't decide what to make for dinner
I plan on making sangria to drink
and I am planning on making mini blt cups as appitizers
but.....I have three dishes that I can't pick between for dinner. Here are the choices:
1. Crispy Buffalo Style Quinoa Sliders with Sweet Corn and Scallions (and I was thinking a Broccoli Salad that has a ranch dressing on the side)
2. Grilled Vegetable Stack with Lemon Hummus (and maybe some garlic toast on the side)
3. Summer Vegetable Crepes (with a green salad as the side).
HELP!!! I want to make them all.
And I was thinking of making mini eclairs with strawberries and cream for dessert
