I'm so excited!! We are about to put in offers on 3 possible lots for us to build on!! I know that seems kinda crazy, but we want to have the builder go look at all three and tell us which one would be the best one for us. Since we are in the hill country, the foundation cost can be really expensive if the lot is more slopped/hilly (one builder told us a customer of theirs had a 17ft foundation!!).
Our realtor is asking for a 21 day option period, so we will have plenty of time to pick the right one. All of the lots are fairly close to each other; two of them being adjacent lots and we are right by the lake and will have lake views!! Pic below.
I'll update y'all once we hear back from any of them, but keep your fingers crossed for us please!
