  • Skirts!  Pants are the devil.

  • Skirts. They can keep me cool when it's warm and I can use tights and stuff to keep warm in the cold weather. Pants in warm weather - No thank you!

  • Probably pants.  It gets way too cold here in the winter to wear skirts.
  • If I could wear skirts to work, I'd probably say skirts.  With my current job, I have to wear long pants :(

  • Pants forever. I very seldom wear skirts.

  • Skirts all the way!  Wearing pants can sometimes give me an excuse to dress sloppy but skirts force me to dress more put together.  Plus, nobody can mistake me for a boy when I'm wearing a skirt!!

  • Before I moved to MD, I would have said pants...but DC is SO hot in the summer, that skirts/dresses are a MUST!

  • Skirts for sure!  I'm too girly to only wear pants the rest of my life.

I say pants. I do like skirts but can't deal with the chub rub.

  • Ditto, Cathy!! I love skirts and dresses, but I have to wear bike shorts or leggings under them because my thighs rub together and I chafe horribly.

So I say pants/capris/shorts. I just wish I could find ones that looked better. my body is so strangely shaped.

  • @mana8503‌ - I may have to try that. :)

Just because we are on the topic. DH and I were leaving work today and a girl was walking ahead of us wearing a short flouncy dress. Well the wind blew the back of her dress right up and we got a nice view of her black underwear.

  • If I could work in a skirt, I would in a heartbeat. I feel like chemical burns on the leg would suck. Probably stuck with the pants route in this hypothetical.

Although now I'm excited about the products and things used to prevent the whole leg rub thing. I go with H every year to the Renaissance faire and usually undergo serious leg rub as a result of having a skirt on for almost 20 hours.

  • @xxjen015 - Yea it's in the feminine creams I think, but it's hit or miss when/where I find it. I can't find mine and I might just get it off Amazon.

  • Definitely skirts.  I love dressing up!
  • Pants/capris/Bermuda shorts for me. I like being able to put on a dress or skirt occasionally to feel girly and dressed up and all, but I sweat way more in a skirt/dress than with pants/Capri's/shorts. I wouldn't be able to deal with that daily.

  • Pants! The chub rub would kill me and I always wear shirts under skirts or dresses anyway.
