Read and actual book or read on a Kindle/ipad/ereader? Kindle or actual book. I do both

TV or Movie? TV. I like movies, but I don't watch them often

Go to Take Out meal? Probably Pei Wei. Or another local Asian place ETA: if you mean actual food, I usually get Tofu Fried Rice or Chicken Lo Mein if the local place.

Something that makes you gag? Cleaning up cat vomit when it's still fresh and warm. If it's dry, it's no biggie, but that warmth... *gag*

Something you could eat every day? CHEESE

Personal goal you'd like to achieve within the next 3 months (besides GP)? Start and finish another 24 day challenge which will hopefully make me lose a minimum of 10 lbs (and then keep it off by not letting the stress I'm under get to me and make me eat my feelings)

In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!

Something that makes you gag? When it smells like someone actually shit themselves
Something you could eat every day? Poutine

Personal goal you'd like to achieve within the next 3 months (besides GP) I really just want to get a bunch of crap done around our house and yard. Personally - try to be less stressed and more upbeat.

Read an actual book or read on a Kindle/ipad/ereader? All of the above. The only thing I can't handle is magazines on a Kindle. Drives me bonkers.

This was totally me.  I just stuck to the treadmill and the elliptical.  It wasn't until I started working with the trainer that I felt comfortable.  Would it be possible to get a couple of sessions with a trainer?  Once I "knew" what to do, it was so much better for me. I also just watched what others did and then did the same thing the next time I was there.
