Do you worry about eating healthy while on vacation? How is everyone doing? Good or bad?

  • Yes and no. I try to choose a healthier option, but try not to worry about it too much. 

    I haven't weighed myself this week. I'm not sure I want to see that number!

  • I try to still be careful and try to be active as much as possible but I am not going to say no to my favorite boardwalk ice cream or pizza or beer! :) 

    Again, stuck in this plateau...still working out like a crazy woman, just because I actually enjoy the classes I am doing and still watching what I eat but no movement! SO FRUSTRATING!!! after my vk in July, im going to really evaluate my eating and maybe change up my workout a little to try to make a move.

  • I try to make healthy choices when we go out but mostly I just go for something different that I wouldn't get at home.

    I'm watching what I eat but exercise is sucking! I haven't gained but I haven't lost either so I guess it's not completely horrible.
  • When we're on vacation, it's generally a free for all, but i'm with Kushie, i think i actually eat less. I usually eat less and walk more. With the exception of when i went to Europe and gained weight even though we walked, EVERYWHERE. lol That could have to do with the gellato i ate at least once a day.... if not twice. 

    Lately, i've gotten my exercise through moving, and renovating. I haven't even gone for a walk lately, and haven't had time to go to Yoga. I'm hoping they continue with the pre-natal yoga for the summer session then i can get back at it for the month of July. I also enjoy food and hate exercise...
