I've been struggling with finding time to workout. Mostly because I feel guilty doing it while the kids are awake (this is it's own issue I'm aware). This morning I got up before work and went on a 8 mile bike ride. It felt AWESOME!
That is all

Don't feel bad, I also feel guilty working out when the kids are awake, yet I'm wiped by the time we get them to bed so that's a fail there. I have been taking a fitness class two days a week while at work, so that alleviates my guilt (and gives me one less excuse!)

Good for you! I just started doing my work outs in the morning, and being that I'm the world's worst morning person, waking up early can really suck....BUT, it feels awesome to get it out of the way and I have so much energy for the rest of the day.
I don't feel guilty working out while the kids are awake, but I am selfish like that. Although, they are usually in the room with me, either trying to work out with me or are watching TV while I'm on the treadmill. Just think of the good example you're setting by letting them see you work out!
Way to go Amy!
