time for the weekend plans post!
Happy Friday!!
Tonight: low key, make some pizza, fold the laundry that I washed and dried but failed to fold last night (oops!)
Saturday: busy day! neighborhood yard sale in the morning (not selling, but I can't pass up walking around!), Jake's baseball awards ceremony at noon, then the BFF and family are in town and we're going to a picnic at her in-laws house late afternoon
Sunday: church in the morning, no plans in the afternoon!
Re: time for the weekend plans post!
Tomorrow: tball and will probably get in a run. Graduation party. Then dh and I have a date night to go to a concert!!! Dd is having a sleepover at a friends house. This is her first full sleepover. She's slept some at a friends but we have picked her up late. I assume she will have no issues. These girls have been begging to do a sleepover.
Sunday: no clue. Groceries.
Tonight - laundry, hanging out at home.
Tomorrow - housework during the day, going to the Washington Wild Things game in the evening. We were invited by Make-A-Wish and get to go down on the field before the game and get to sit in a box so we are really looking forward to it.
Sunday - meeting about my SIL's baby shower, kids have VBS in the evening.
Tonight: I have to go shopping for a b-day present, then just dinner and a movie.
Saturday: I am hoping to go for a run at North Park. Mason has a birthday party in the afternoon at the History Museum. No plans in the evening!
Sunday: Belated Father's Day cook out at our house.
Tomorrow--no true plans. I want to clean and organize somethings at the house, and there is always work to be done outside. Laundry.
Sunday-Church, then we're taking the kids fishing.
Tonight – Deck party at work, which I can fully enjoy since I don’t have to run home to make dinner. Then an easy dinner at home, followed by Netflix and laundry folding. (Emmy – there are at least four baskets of clean laundry in my house that haven’t been put away!)
Saturday – I need to write a reasonable to-do list because if I try to do “everything”, I will just feel like crap at the end of the day. Probably a visit to the yarn shop, some pattern writing, a little laundry and some office clean up. That evening is the neighborhood block party, so I’ll end the day with good conversation & sangria. Knitting and Netflix when I am tired of being social.
Sunday – A massage, grocery shopping, shoe shopping and hopefully a knitting get together with a friend. Also, make sure the kids’ camp bags are packed for Monday morning. Family gets home at dinnertime, so the goal is to be done with whatever I want to accomplish by the time they arrive so we can have some evening quality time.
Tomorrow we'll hang out with my parents. My sister and her husband are coming up for a week so we'll see them Saturday night and spend the rest of the weekend hanging out with the family
Friday: make an appearance at a local event, Beatles impersonators concert (DH got free tickets) and then to the Hard Rock to see a band/hang out with friends.
Saturday and Sunday: church one day, get some housework done and relax! Last weekend we watched The Godfather (I never saw it). I think we will watch Godfather 2 this weekend.
And I will be working on some menu planning since I have been horrible at it lately.
