TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermProgress: terrible. I really fell off the bandwagon last week. H was off work and we went out to eat a lot and had ice cream and I went directly home to be with him instead of going for a run.
Plan: mfp and c25k
Best part of week: it was Bens first birthday party, which was so much fun. Also, this was too funny.
Worst part of week: I got so sick to my stomach yesterday.
Qotw: I don't cheat. I just try to keep my calories within 1450 everyday.

1) What are your fitness goals? Lose 10-15 lbs but mainly gain more strength and tone.
If I cheat it will be for ice cream
