Menu Monday
I can't even think today. So tired. So effing tired.

Tues- Breakfast taquitos
Wed- Chickpea double decker tacos (carried over)
Thurs- BBQ chicken wonton cups
Fri- Pizza quinoa casserole
Sat- Asparagus and cheese quiche with hashbrowns
Sun- I have a baby shower to go to, so when I get home I'm thinking we'll just do cheese/crackers, fruit, and edamame.
Tuesday : spaghetti squash pie with salad
Wednesday : probably out. There's a new restaurant in town that puts the gluten free options right on the main menu. So excited!
Thursday : whole roasted chicken with mashed cauliflower and gravy
Friday : Foil baked salmon with lemon butter and asparagus
