Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sleeping on the couch....
Joy and I went out to dinner with a friend tonight. Came home to find the upstairs heat pump buzzing loudly and not kicking on. So turned it off and placed a claim with the home warranty company. Called and left an answering machine message for the actual service company and will be calling them in the morning.
In the meantime, Joy and I will be sleeping together on the couch downstairs. At least the downstairs unit still works.

Not fixed yet. Guy is supposed to be here sometime today between 10 and 2. It's currently just after 11....*sighs*
