FWP - The reason I haven't been posting much is that my phone doesn't work very well for posts and "my" laptop broke. DH is not very good at sharing his laptop. We are now (again) a two laptop family (my parents got a new laptop and gave us their old one).

1. How long do you plan to TTA?

Indefinitely/at least 2 years.

2. What methods are you using to TTA?

Condoms

3. How do you feel about TTA?

Good

4. What movie(s) make you all excited?

As far as franchises, I like James Bond, Batman and the XMen movies. I like comedies, action, mystery movies.

I like movies.

5. CBH - What baby items do you know you want?

I have a lot of baby items.

If we decide and are successful at having a second, I will want more NB and 3M sleepers (since DS lived in them). He was so small, I might even buy some premie ones.

I was gifted one sleeper from Kickee Pants (sp?) and I *loved* them. I would want some more of those.

6. CBH - Will you cloth or disposable diaper?

We disposable diaper and I love it. I wouldn't change a thing. I need to streamline my life - I need less to do (not more)!

7. CBH - New clothing or second hand?

I have bought both used and new for DS and been give some hand-me-downs. Used clothes don't bother me. We aren't rich, so I try to save money where I can and used clothes are perfectly fine. I have bought a couple things here and there to fill in for things I didn't have.

8. Toilet Paper - Over or Under?

Confession - I don't like it on the roll. I like it on the counter.

9. Favorite summer treat?

I love iced drinks made in the blender like margaritas, daiquiris and pina coladas.

10. What did you do for your last wedding anniversary?

It was our 9th anniversary. We went to a fancy movie theater near us and saw a movie. It was fun. I was very pregnant (and HR) so there weren't tons of things I felt like doing. It was good.

1. How long do you plan to TTA? Hmmm...the original plan was another year. This may be moved up a few months.

2. What methods are you using to TTA? Mirena

3. How do you feel about TTA? Right now, I'm not entirely comfortable with it. I don't know...between DH consistently bring up me being KU now and my wacky dreams, it's wearing on me.

4. What movie(s) make you all excited? I like musicals turned into movies. Of course, I love sci-fi and action (DH thinks I like them more than he does). I am REALLY looking forward to Mockingjay: Part 1 in November.

5. CBH - What baby items do you know you want? Not even remotely prepared to answer this question.

6. CBH - Will you cloth or disposable diaper? 80% sure we'll cloth.

7. CBH - New clothing or second hand? Probably a combination of both.

8. Toilet Paper - Over or Under? OVER!!!

9. Favorite summer treat? Ice cream. (FFFC - I hate watermelon.)

10. What did you do for your last wedding anniversary? I'll answer this in October.

1. How long do you plan to TTA?

We were planning to wait about another year, but DH has recently convinced me to revisit after our 2nd anniversary in September.

2. What methods are you using to TTA?

FAM/charting

3. How do you feel about TTA?

Mixed. I know we're doing the right thing, but I want to TTC.

4. What movie(s) make you all excited?

I want to see TFiOS! I haven't read the book, but I really like John Green and I've heard great things about the book and the movie.

5. CBH - What baby items do you know you want?

I plan to try babywearing, so I'd like to have a few different types of wraps/carriers

6. CBH - Will you cloth or disposable diaper?

Not sure. I like the idea of cloth, but I know someone who had a ton of trouble stripping them and ended up giving up at about the 1-year mark.

7. CBH - New clothing or second hand?

I'm sure we'll have a mix of both.

8. Toilet Paper - Over or Under?

Over. Fun fact: DH and I recently found a new dentist, and when I used their restroom and found out they're "under-ers" I considered walking right out of there. There's just no way you can justify that unless you have a baby or cat who likes to unroll the roll.

9. Favorite summer treat?

Frappuccinos. And ice cream.

10. What did you do for your last wedding anniversary?

We spent a couple nights in the same little cabin in the woods that we stayed in the week after our wedding

2. What methods are you using to TTA? BCP for now.
3. How do you feel about TTA? I'm over it.
4. What movie(s) make you all excited? I like scientifically inaccurate natural disaster movies.
5. CBH - What baby items do you know you want? One of those bottle lawns with the nipple trees.
6. CBH - Will you cloth or disposable diaper? H wants to do cloth; I'm skeptical.
7. CBH - New clothing or second hand? Since most of my friends already have kids, I'm banking on getting a lot of hand-me-downs.
8. Toilet Paper - Over or Under?over.
9. Favorite summer treat? popsicles.
10. What did you do for your last wedding anniversary? Hiking and dinner.

DH can't take them because he thinks of how bad the science is. I do, too, but it's entertainment! And SCIENCE!!!

1. How long do you plan to TTA?

Another couple of months

2. What methods are you using to TTA?

nothing really, we stopped using condoms when we moved into the house in January, but we haven't been having a lot of ST lately with being so busy with work trips and settling into the house and taking care of MIL. We haven't been having ST during fertile times so that's really all, but I'm not sure that's a conscious decision. We had discussed officially trying starting in July, but now that we have both begun better fitness routines, we wanted to give that some time to become a better habit before I get pregnant. (I wouldn't mind losing some more weight before pregnancy - I'm down 10 pounds in 3 weeks)

3. How do you feel about TTA?

I'm kind of meh about it. I feel like I've wanted kids for so long but there has always been a better reason to wait. Now that we have the house, and I'll be 33 in a couple weeks, I think I want to start trying sooner, but I also know I want to be a little bit healthier before pregnancy so I guess I'm ok with it.

4. What movie(s) make you all excited?

I saw a preview for "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" and that makes me excited. Also the next Hunger Games movie.

5. CBH - What baby items do you know you want?

a jumparoo, a swing, the City Select Stroller, some kind of wrap or carrier for baby wearing

I really want to try cloth, but I'm not sure DH will be on board

probably some of both. I don't have any close friends who've had babies, but I do work in an infant room in a day care, where previous pregnant coworkers were offered tons of stuff from moms who's kids had outgrown it. I grew up on hand me downs, and with the rate that kids grow, I wouldn't be opposed to buying baby clothes at a yard sale or 2nd hand store.

I prefer under, DH prefers over. it's a never ending battle.

9. Favorite summer treat?

Frozen Yogurt!

10. What did you do for your last wedding anniversary?

It was our 5th so we decided to celebrate by going to a resort hotel. We spent two nights there, and all the meals were included. We had massages at the spa which was lovely, and we did yoga and took an aqua-aerobics class. And basically just spent the weekend relaxing,having ST, and staying warm by the fire (it was the end of Feb).

11. Any questions for next time?

Is there any food you absolutely love but only make it for yourself when DH isn't going to be eating with you because he doesn't like it for some inexplicable reason?
