Re: It's the weekend!!!
Tonight I am going out to dinner with friends.
Saturday we have a graduation party to go to, then at night we are meeting up with friends who are in from out of town.
Sunday we are getting together with some friends for a cookout.
This weekend also closes out our 6 straight weekends of birthday/graduation parties. LOL!
Will probably see a movie late Sunday as a reward for doing all the work.
I have a 1/2 day today and then we are headed to Sandusky, Ohio. We'll get something to eat and swim at the hotel this evening.
Saturday - Cedar Point
Sunday - Soak City waterpark
Tonight - I am leaving work a bit early to go over to the rental house to get the last of the stuff out. Then picking up Sean from d/c and coming home to meatball dinner.
Saturday: our Town Center is having a kids' fest from 10-6, so at some point we'll go there. Also, TRU is having a Transformers event from 12-2, I think, so I might take the boys there, too, depending on nap schedule for the hellion (Sean).
Sunday: over to the rental to shampoo the carpets and clean the bathrooms and kitchen. Grab anything left there is to grab and get the heck out of dodge.
DH had to make an emergency trip home bc of his Dad being ill and not expected to make it through the night on Tuesday. Well, after finding out more, it appears it's just a series of debacles and no one in the family dares to question the medical care he is getting and he may not be as dire as originally expected. So, I'm solo parenting, moving out of the rental, trying to settle into our new home, and handling an increased workload at work (due to vacations and the cuts causing two of my teammates to bail as of today). I'm not a happy camper at the moment.
My three sons!
Tonight – Quiet night at home. Hoping to eat early enough that we can take a walk after dinner. After the kids are in bed I hope to finally finish the pattern that has been 90% done for the past week and send it to my editor.
Saturday – Get out and sort through camping supplies. Make packing lists. Late afternoon/evening visit to friends who live in Cranberry. They adopted an adorable little boy last year that we still haven’t met. Finally delivering the blanket I crocheted for him!
Sunday – Early morning swim lesson. Usual grocery trip. Late afternoon birthday party.
Tomorrow we are hanging out at a friends house, the guys are going to the Sharp Edge beerfest and we will have dinner together afterwards.
Tomorrow - Eamon's birthday & party! Can't believe he will be 3! I hope it won't be too scorching
Sunday = probably pool and return some stuff at the mall. Last relaxing weekend until vacation!
How time flies! Caileigh (9), Keira (6) & Eamon (3)
Friday: Movie in the park --ET!
Saturday: 2 year old birthday party in the AM. Then traveling to a cookout DH's cousin is having. I will meet some of his cousins there for the first time. In the evening if we have the energy we may go to the concert at Schenley Plaza
Sunday: Trying out brunch at Benjamin's Burger Bar
